Email Marketing – What is it?
Email Marketing sends a messages to people that are interested in what you are offering. In years past this was the primary way to market to people for business opportunities and there are still a lot of very successful marketers that use this medium.
The advantages to email marketing is that you end up building a list of people that are very targeted to what you are offering. After all they responded to a message that you wrote with very specific content. The landscape has changed over the years as far as how to get your message delivered and seen by these interested people. Most online direct sending programs will not have very good deliverability. Usually direct mail marketers use very high end methods and servers that are out of the price range of most people.
In the past the more email messages that you could send the better. Not so true today. In many cases less is more. When you send out messages with your own system and throttle the number of messages sent per hours you will actually get better delivery and also maintain that higher level for a much longer period of time. I have known marketers that it seemed that they spent most of there time finding new servers to send there mail than they actually sending any mail.
There is just such a system available to send your direct mail and it will maintain a high level of delivery over a long period of time. This is extremely important so that you can work with interested people instead of making your life’s work just using the autoresponder.
